2018 CET CLASS TRIP TO CROTON'S OWN FEED THE BIRDS

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

Just another reason to support--and thank--your local business community:

CET CLASS LED BY TEACHER PATRICIA LYNCH VISITS FEED THE BIRDS--which recently celebrated its 7th anniversary in the village.

And once again, the CET First Graders visited local businesses to learn about how they help our community.

FEED THE BIRDS owner Rob Armanini answered questions,  talked about the various items he sells in the store, bird habitats, how to identify birds through their calls, and more. Click on the photos.

The students enjoyed complimentary juice boxes and their bird-themed souvenirs.

Editor's Note: Support your local business community...they support YOU!

P.S. FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS ASKED about the Purple Martin Project at the Croton Nature Center/Croton Point Park, yes, the houses are back up for 2018.

We shall see if a colony can be established this year.

  1. I'm glad that this is still being done. I know it can be disruptive to a business no matter how well beyhaved the kids are. Thanks again.
